Filipino Style Fruitcake

I have been working in a bread and pastry industry for a year now and I am enjoying the variety of new products we offer to our clients. Few more days to go and it is holiday season again. For our Holiday Treat, we offer our delicious Fruitcake.

Fruitcake is a traditional sweet cake that is served during holidays. Many countries have their own recipe of making this cake and we also have our own. A unique combination of brandy, nuts, glazed fruits & spices made our Fruitcake very tasty.

For those mommies and daddies who would like to make their own Fruitcake this holiday season, you may use this recipe I got from Filipino Style Recipe.
